【摘要】:ThispartofISO14910specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthestandardtestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofthermoplasticpolyester/esterandpolyether/estermouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensinaspecifiedstateandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizethermoplasticpolyester/esterandpolyether/estermouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO14910,asarethedesignator/propertiesspecifiedinpart1(hardness,meltingtemperatureandtensile/flexuralmodulusofelasticity).Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
