【摘要】:Thispartof10333specifiesrequirements,testmethods,instructionsforuseandmaintenance,marking,labellingandpackaging,asappropriate,forself-retractinglifelines,includingself-retractinglifelinesthathaveanintegral-rescuefacility.Self-retractinglifelinesareusedasaconnectingsub-systeminpersonalfall-arrestsystems(PFAS),whichwillbespecifiedinafutureInternationalStandard(seeISO10333-6intheBibliography),andareattachedtoanchordevicesthatareabovetheworkplace.Thispartof10333isapplicableonlytoself-retractinglifelineslimitedtosingle-personuseofatotalmassnotexceeding100kg.NOTEUsersofPFASwhosetotalmass(whichincludesattachedtoolsandequipment)exceeds100kgareadvisedtoseekadvicefromtheequipmentmanufacturersregardingthesuitabilityoftheequipment,whichmayneedadditionaltestingtotakeintoaccountthelargermass.Thispartof10333doesnotspecifythoseadditionalrequirementsthatwouldapplywhenself-retractinglifelinesaresubjectedtospecialconditionsofuse(where,forexample,thereexistunusuallimitationsconcerningaccesstotheplaceofworkand/orparticularenvironmentalfactors).Thustreatmentstoensurethedurabilityofthematerialsofconstruction(suchasheattreatment,anti-corrosiontreatment,protectionagainstphysicalandchemicalhazards)arenotspecifiedinthispartof10333,butshouldcomplywithappropriateInternationalStandardsor,failingthat,withnationalstandardsandotherspecificationsdealingwithrelevantphysicalcharacteristicsand/orthesafetyofusers.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfivemethodsfordeterminingtheultimateaerobicbiodegradabilityoforganiccompoundsinthemarineenvironmentbyaerobicmicroorganismsinstaticaqueoustestsystems.Standarddegradationmethodsdevelopedfortestinginfreshwateraremodifiedandadaptedtomarineconditions.ThesemethodsaretheDOCdie-awaytest(ISO7827),theclosedbottletest(ISO10707),thetwo-phaseclosedbottletest(ISO10708),theCO2evolutiontest(ISO9439)andtheCO2headspacetest(ISO14593).Themethodsapplytoorganiccompoundswhicha)arewater-solubleundertheconditionsofthetestused;b)arepoorlywater-solubleundertheconditionsofthetestused,inwhichcasespecialmeasuresmaybenecessarytoachievegooddispersionofthecompound(seeforexample,ISO10634);c)arevolatile,providedthatanappropriatetestwithsuitableconditionsisused;d)arenotinhibitorytothetestmicroorganismsattheconcentrationchosenforthetests.ThepresenceofinhibitoryeffectscanbedeterminedasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.NOTETheconditionsdescribedinthisInternationalStandarddonotalwayscorrespondtotheoptimalconditionsforallowingthemaximumdegreeofbiodegradationtooccur.ForbiodegradationmethodsinfreshwaterseeISO14593andISO15462,andforbiodegradationatlowconcentrationsseeISO14592.
