【摘要】:Thisstandardhasbeenpreparedsuchthat:-itisindependentofthetypeofweldedconstructiontobemanufactured;-itdefinesqualityrequirementsforweldingbothinproductionplantsandonsite;-itprovidesguidancefordescribingamanufacturerscapabilitytoproduceweldedconstructionstomeetspecifiedrequirements;-itcanalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttohisweldingcapability.Thisstandardisappropriatewhendemonstrationofamanufacturersorasub-contractor'scapabilitytoproduceweldedconstructions,fulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirements,arespecifiedinoneormoreofthefollowing:-acontractbetweeninvolvedparties;-anapplicationstandard;-aregulatoryrequirement.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisstandardcanbeadoptedinfullorcanbeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofweldinginthefollowingcases:-Case1Toprovidespecificrequirementsforresistanceweldingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerorsub-contractortohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002andwherethedocumentedweldingcontrolhasaminorimportancetotheoverallintegrityofthefinalconstruction.-Case2Toprovidespecificrequirementsforresistanceweldingasguidancetoamanufacturerorsub-contractordevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforreferencesinapplicationstandardswhichuseresistanceweldingaspartoftheirrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.ForgeneralguidelinesforselectionanduseseeEN729-1withtheexceptionofAnnexBandunderconsideration,thatforresistanceweldingonlycomprehensiveandelementaryrequirementsarespecified.AnnexAinthisstandardappliesforresistancewelding.
