【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isconcernedwiththeemissionofvoltagechanges,voltagefluctuationsandflickerproducedbyequipmentandimpressedonthepubliclow-voltagesupplysystem.Itspecifiesthelimitsofvoltagechangesproducedbyequipmenttestedunderspecifiedconditions.ThispartofIEC61000isprimarilyapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipmenthavingaratedinputcurrentfrom16Auptoandincluding75A,whichisintendedtobeconnectedtopubliclow-voltagedistributionsystemshavingnominalsystemvoltagesofbetween220Vand250V,line-to-neutralat50Hz,andwhichissubjecttoconditionalconnection.ThispartofIEC61000isalsoapplicabletoequipmentwithinthescopeofIEC61000-3-3thatdoesnotmeetthelimitswhentestedorevaluatedwithreferenceimpedanceZrefandisthereforesubjecttoconditionalconnection.EquipmentwhichmeetstherequirementsofIEC61000-3-3,isexcludedfromthispartofIEC61000.EquipmenttestsmadeinaccordancewiththispartofIEC61000aretypetests.NOTETheflickerlimitsspecifiedinthispart,beingthesameasthoseinIEC61000-3-3,arebasedonthesubjectiveseverityoftheflickerimposedonthelightfrom230V/60Wcoiled-coilfilamentlampswhensubjectedtofluctuationsofthesupplyvoltage.Forsystemswithnominalvoltageslessthan220V,line-to-neutraland/orfrequencyof60Hz,thelimitsandreferencecircuitvaluesareunderconsideration.
