【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthematerialrequirementsforcalciumphosphatecoatingsforsurgicalimplantapplications.1.2Inparticulateandmonolithicform,thecalciumphosphatematerialssystemhasbeenwell-characterizedregardingbiologicalresponse(1,2)andlaboratorycharacterization(2-4).Severalpublications(5-10)havedocumentedtheinvitroandinvivopropertiesofselectedcalciumphosphatecoatingsystems.1.3Thisspecificationincludeshydroxylapatitecoatings,tricalciumphosphatecoatings,orcombinationsthereof,withorwithoutintentionalminoradditionsofotherceramicormetallic,andappliedbymethodsincluding,butnotlimitedto,thefollowing:(1)mechanicalcapture,(2)plasmaspraydeposition,(3)dipping/sintering,(4)electrophoreticdeposition,(5)porcelainizing,and(6)sputtering.1.4Substratesmayincludesmooth,porous,textured,andotherimplantabletopographicalforms.1.5Thisspecificationexcludesorganiccoatingsthatmaycontaincalciumandphosphateionicspecies.1.6Warningx2014;MercuryhasbeendesignatedbyEPAandmanystateagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidney,andliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercury-containingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPAx2019;swebsite(http://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htm)foradditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryormercury-containingproducts,orboth,inyourstatemaybeprohibitedbystatelaw.
