【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoevaluatetheresistanceofmedicalfacemaskstopenetrationbysyntheticbloodunderhighvelocityliquidcontactwiththemedicalfacemasksurfaceofafixedvolumeoverarelativelyshortperiodoftime(0to2.5s).Medicalfacemaskpass/faildeterminationsarebasedonvisualdetectionofsyntheticbloodpenetrationThistestmethoddoesnotapplytoallformsorconditionsofblood-bornepathogenexposure.Usersofthetestmethodmustreviewmodesforfaceexposureandassesstheappropriatenessofthistestmethodfortheirspecificapplication.Thistestmethodprimarilyaddressestheperformanceofmaterialsorcertainmaterialconstructionsusedinmedicalfacemasks.Thistestmethoddoesnotaddresstheperformanceofthemedicalfacemasksdesign,construction,orinterfacesorotherfactorswhichmayaffecttheoverallprotectionofferedbythemedicalfacemaskanditsoperation(suchasfiltrationefficiencyandpressuredrop).ProceduresformeasuringthesepropertiesarecontainedinMIL-M-36954C.Thistestmethoddoesnotaddressbreathabilityofthemedicalfacemaskmaterialsoranyotherpropertiesaffectingtheeaseofbreathingthroughthemedicalfacemask.Thistestmethodevaluatesmedicalfacemasksasanitemofprotectiveclothing.Thistestmethoddoesnotevaluatetheperformanceofmedicalfacemasksforairborneexposurepathwaysorinthepreventionofthepenetrationofaerosolizedbodyfluidsdepositedonthemedicalfacemask.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents,therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
本标准规定了聚四氟乙烯波纹管膨胀节的术语和定义、分类和命名、要求、试验方法、试验规则、标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以聚四氟乙烯作为过流部位，公称压力PN不大于1.6 MPa，公称尺寸DN25 mm～1000 mm，介质为各种浓度硫酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、苯、碱、王水、有机溶剂和还原剂强腐蚀性气体和液体，工作温度为～50℃～180℃，对管路起柔性补偿作用的膨胀节。
本标准不适用于熔融碱金属钠和钾、三氟化氯和气态氟介质的膨胀节。
