【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsdefineproceduresfortherelativecharacterizationofconductormaterialconnectabilityonthebasisofmeasurementsofparametersimportanttothedesignandperformanceofelectricalcontactsandconnectionstoandwithsuchconductorsforbothpowerandsignalapplications.Theparametersmeasuredarecontactresistanceasafunctionofcontactforce,frettingsensitivity,andcompressiverelaxation.Provisionismadeformeasurementoftheconnectabilityparametersatelevatedtemperature,orcorrosiveambient,orboth,asmayberequiredforevaluationforparticularapplications.Thesetestmethods,usingstandardizedspecimengeometryandprocedures,areapplicabletoconductormaterialsasemployedinanelectricalconnectionsystemandmaybeadaptedforevaluationofconnectabilityofmaterialsintheformofactualconnectionsystemcomponents.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
